Day 128: Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, Op.43: V. by Rachmaninoff // 8.5

GENRE: classical
It's definitely been a while since I've done a classical piece. Most of it stems from not being able to figure out proper search terms and such. I know of the name Rachmaninoff, and how much of a romantic he is. Personally that's my favorite style of classical music, which may come off as amateurish, but what can you do. The ears do me no wrong.

Overall, an incredibly relaxing and emotional piece, especially with the grand entrance of the entire orchestra. There's plenty of nuance, and the insight and swelling of the performers' passion is palpable. No wonder it's regarded as one of the more famous pieces.
